A portable application or game simply means that you do not need to install it, just simply download and play.
You may put it in your portable storage device and run it from there as well.

    What exactly are portable pc games?? Because I can think of a few pc games I would like, but i wouldnt know if they were portable or not?? Im just a bit confused

    A portable pc game does not need to be installed on your computer to play it. you can put it in a usb drive and plug and play on any computer.
    You just open the folder it comes in and run the exe.

    Yea, it opens up a Fallout 3 menu thing dat says INSTALL, OPTIONS, DATA FILES, TECH SUPPORT, and EXIT! Wen i click install it says like.. installer could not be found. and on da menu thing "Options" and "Data Files" cant be clicked! So i dunno wat to do from there
